Default Musical T-Shirts

I'm making a series of musical T-shirts and would be most grateful for some suggested phrases. Only Bach so far, which is great, but predictable:

What else would work? It must be public domain. If I tried to put Led Zeppelin's Stairway To Heaven on a T-shirt I'd have eighteen lawyers screaming at me. But that still leaves a lot of music, e.g. Schoenberg. I need short, iconic, phrases without too many sharps or flats!

Thanks Despy, you're right, the Classic FM stuff needs to be there -- tunes the people can huuuummm -- but I was after something non-mainstream also. I've already been over to the Zelenka Forums, seeking an iconic phrase from his choral works. But it would be great to have something just out of copyright, i.e. just over 70 yrs old as opposed to 250 yrs old.

Nessun Dorma ?

I love the lyrics, especially sung by Luciano Pavarotti.

Nessun dorma
Nessun dorma,
nessun dorma ...
Tu pure, o Principessa,
Nella tua fredda stanza,
Guardi le stelle
Che tremano d'amore
E di speranza.

Ma il mio mistero è chiuso in me,
Il nome mio nessun saprà, no, no,
Sulla tua bocca,
io lo dirò
Quando la luce
splenderà.

Ed il mio bacio scioglierà il silenzio
Che ti fa mia.

Il nome suo nessun saprà
E noi dovrem, ahimè, morir, morir...

Dilegua, notte!
Tramontate, stelle!
Tramontate, stelle!
All'alba vincerò!
Vincerò!
Vincerò!

Giacomo Puccini
(1858-1924)

Another all time love of mine is - Johann Pachelbel Canon in D Major
Ok, I know this piece is what all the violin students love to play in the shopping mall, and I always stop and listen.

Can we have V neck T-shirts for ladies?
I bought 2 lovely soft quality black cotton T-shirts from the Shakespeare Theatre shop about 8 years ago, still wear them. I also bought a cream one with Shakespeare's signature embroidered accross the front.
Could be a good idea to perhaps to have composers names embroidered on your musical T-shirts as well Philidor? Bit expensive though.

Those are great!! I wish I had one of those. They would make great conversation starters. People would ask me what it was and I would say that I have no idea. (no, i would make sure i knew!)
