That robot is too much! Subdividing the beat at the end, ha! Thanks for sharing that.

Aside: I worked under a conductor named Boris Brott here in Canada. He held conducting work shops for CEO's. They would fork out untold sums to spend a weekend learning the art of conducting, and then get a crack at the whip with a live orchestra!

Managers? Try this, it works (financially) perfect as well: conductor and Bernstein student Itay Talgam nowadays makes his living with management courses ("Power and humans? You know... Bernstein did it all with a smile..."), preaching the managers different styles of personnel management by reference to some conductor legends like Kleiber and Bernstein. The level of these lectures is as high as the current market price of these managers. Just hot air - take a little preview into it here (in the middle of the page. After the lady & the Radetzky march). It's fun.

I want to see that working - being made redudant the Kleiber style.

Oh man - in that first part, are they referring to the chief marketing officer as the chief meaning officer?

Where is the vomit smiley?

NO of all the horrors in our world!!

O.K. I am of the personal belief that conducting is a sacred art that should be reserved for those who plan to do good, make beautifull/controversial (10 extra cool points) music, and overall put it to the proper and right uses!!! Not passing on such an art to greedy execs and annoying wannabees.

I apologize if I sound elitist, but WHAT? is becoming of out world.

Actually, I agree with you Goldie.

For the record, my post was a joke. I did search and that picture did pop up, but it just happened to be on the page that it brought up. I'm sure Steve Jobs was at an Apple convention of some kind in that picture.
