That woman is amazingly ridiculous. I used to work tech support inbound in a call center, and it is just amazing how people act sometimes.

Yes, indeed.

I too worked in inbound tech support for one year and one year only. After that i became more patient and understanding when calling tech support... it's the call queue that irritates most of the time.
